For nearly two years, Lonnie carried his meager belongings, navigating the unforgiving streets with resilience as his constant companion.

Before homelessness, Lonnie's life was ordinary—a routine of work and the comfort of living with his brothers. But addiction unraveled his world, leaving him with nothing. Lonnie faced a dark period, a trial that he knew he had to overcome.

Recently, he achieved a remarkable milestone by signing the lease for his very own apartment.
