Rapid Rehousing

Rapid Rehousing bridges the gap between a housing crisis and housing stability by providing short-term rental assistance and case management. Households who have recently experienced homelessness are quickly rehoused.

Our Focus: Participants receive short-term financial assistance for housing for housing expenses, as well as service coordination to ensure households are connected to resources, receive job search assistance, and set up with mainstream benefits for long-term stability.

The counties served are Scott County and Rock Island County.

Rapid Rehousing participants must fill out Coordinated Entry.
