Street Outreach

Our outreach navigators provide community outreach for those individuals living unsheltered in the Quad Cities. They are liaisons with local businesses and law enforcement to address concerns and make contact with persons living on the streets.

Our Focus: Our outreach navigators build relationships with individuals living outside to understand better their particular barriers to becoming housed. They provide emergency supplies such as water, hygiene products, blankets, and referrals to appropriate services.

This program currently serves Scott and Rock Island County.
